The Company: Our client is a long-standing international industrial solution provider with a solid presence in Vietnam. For over the years, the company has been serving the chemical, energy, and process industries, delivering comprehensive services including licensing, process plant solutions, industrial equipment, and technical support.
They are looking to expand their team in Vietnam with a Business Development Manager to spearhead initiatives in the energy transition.
Role & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical, energy, and sustainable process technology sectors.

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and project pipelines to shape sales and market-entry strategies.

Develop and maintain relationships with investors, project developers, EPCs, and industrial clients.

Lead engagement with both public and private sector stakeholders in targeted segments such as:

Fertilizer technologies
-
Green and renewable energy solutions
-
Waste-to-energy and circular economy applications

Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and value propositions.

Represent the company in technical and commercial discussions, proposals, and industry events.

Provide feedback to leadership on market insights and help refine go-to-market approaches.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.

At least 10 years of experience in business development, project sales, or solution selling in energy, chemicals, oleochemicals, renewables, or industrial plants.

Proven network in the Vietnamese industrial and energy market, particularly in downstream and sustainable sectors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
