The Company: Our client, a global leader in premium mobility solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and strengthen partnerships across Vietnam. This role focuses on driving growth, managing key accounts, and implementing strategic plans for the assigned product line.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Account Development

Achieve sales and financial targets for assigned territory.

Conduct market analysis to evaluate distribution channels, competitors, and growth potential.

Identify and develop relationships with high-potential customers and partners.

Create and execute joint development and operational plans with key accounts.
2. Sales & Marketing Execution

Deploy marketing strategies, including product launches, pricing, promotional campaigns, and distribution policies.

Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, propose corrective actions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Address any brand misuse in the market in collaboration with Marketing.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong business relationships with key distributors and dealers.

Negotiate annual commercial contracts and performance agreements.

Provide product knowledge and commercial insights to partners.
4. Reporting & Strategy

Track key sales KPIs (# of visits, customer-facing time, sales results) and report progress.

Contribute to marketing mix decisions in coordination with the central entity team.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, preferably in the automotive or related industries.

Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills.

Fluent in English (written, spoken, presentation).

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Confident, strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.
