1. The Company
A well-established international player in the automotive and industrial sector is expanding its commercial footprint in Vietnam. The company focuses on building strong distribution networks and long-term partnerships to drive sustainable growth in a competitive market.
2. Role & Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability for the assigned product portfolio in Vietnam.

Analyze market trends, customer segments, distribution channels, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Manage and develop key distributors and strategic customers through structured account planning and execution.

Negotiate commercial terms, annual agreements, and joint business plans with key accounts.

Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and market initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

Track sales activities, customer visits, and performance against agreed KPIs.
3. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.

Experience in automotive or related industrial sectors is strongly preferred.

Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
-
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Good command of English.

Willingness to travel frequently.
