The Company:
Our client is an iconic interior design brand, with significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and research B2B potential clients who require interior design & build services.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
Create compelling pitches and presentations to showcase the company's capabilities and services.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Analyze market data to identify emerging trends and potential niches for the company's services.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on market insights.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, tracking project leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals in collaboration with the design team and management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Marketing and Branding:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's interior design services.
Participate in branding initiatives to enhance the company's image and reputation in the industry.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Communicate client requirements and expectations to the project team effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, trends, and products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
