Business Development Expert (Expat-Focused Role)

Key Responsibilities

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with the Taiwanese-speaking community and Mandarin-speaking businesses.

Execute and support business development plans in line with approved KPIs across the following business segments: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality (Serviced Apartments), Other business activities as assigned.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking client segment.

Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

Perform other duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned by the Board of Directors (BODs).
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Real estate sales, Business development, Sales & marketing, Marketing strategy.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Taiwanese Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Japanese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business initiatives effectively.
- Familiarity with working with international or expatriate client groups is an advantage.
