Role & Responsibilities:
Build and develop customer networks and business policies for the kibble industry.
Develop short-term and medium-term business strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Collaborate with departments to develop and complete e-commerce sales channel strategies.
Achieve business goals (output, revenue), and profit for the company.
Build a strong and professional business team.
Manage company assets, equipment, budgets, and sales expenses efficiently.
Resolve customer and partner complaints, ensuring overall satisfaction.
Manage and provide feedback on product quality criteria.
Develop a realistic product strategy.
Coordinate with HR for business department HR strategy.
Introduce suitable candidates and train business staff.
Support staff in exploring and maintaining markets.
Monitor subordinates' performance and fulfil related responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Medicine, or Pharmacy.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management and operational experience in the kibble Industry.
Understanding of business regulations and business operations.
Broad knowledge of marketing/digital marketing/trading marketing.
Knowledge and experience in financial management and budgeting.
