Role & Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
o Cultivating and expanding client networks.
o Devising and executing short to mid-term business strategies.
o Coordinating cross-departmental efforts for e-commerce sales expansion.
o Contributing to new projects for company growth.
o Collaborating with Quality, Technical, and Production sectors for product strategies.
o Executing plans to meet business objectives.
o Attracting new clients while retaining existing ones.
o Spearheading business development strategies and innovative models.
o Efficiently overseeing company assets and equipment.
o Prudently managing sales budgets and expenditures.
o Resolve customer and partner complaints, offering constructive solutions.
o Ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services
o Collaborate with the executive team to craft strategic HR plans.
o Recruit top-tier talent for key managerial positions.
o Conduct tailored training programs for sales staff to meet job requirements.
o Support staff in exploring new markets while maintaining existing ones.
o Effectively supervise subordinate staff for optimal performance.
• Other Responsibilities:
o Manage and respond to product quality and stability criteria.
o Develop a coherent product strategy Undertake additional tasks delegated by direct managers or directors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of management and business operations in the Domestic Animal Feed.
• Language: Proficiency in spoken English (intermediate level).
• Computer literacy: Proficient in office applications.
