Resolve customer and partner complaints, offering constructive solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services
Collaborate with the executive team to craft strategic HR plans.
Recruit top-tier talent for key managerial positions.
Conduct tailored training programs for sales staff to meet job requirements.
Support staff in exploring new markets while maintaining existing ones.
Effectively supervise subordinate staff for optimal performance.
Manage and respond to product quality and stability criteria.
Develop a coherent product strategy Undertake additional tasks delegated by direct managers or directors.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of management and business operations in the Domestic Animal Feed.
Language: Proficiency in spoken English (intermediate level).
Computer literacy: Proficient in office applications.
