Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share within the solar rooftop industry.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, to enhance the company's competitive position.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Lead the sales team in generating leads, securing new business, and achieving revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the company's network.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the renewable energy industry, focusing on solar rooftop solutions.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building successful partnerships in the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
