Responsibilities:
- Create and run the annual marketing plan. This includes setting clear goals, designing ad campaigns, and making sure everything is launched on time.
- Manage the marketing budget carefully. You’ll need to track spending, analyze sales data to see what’s working, and provide accurate monthly reports and future forecasts.
- Stay on top of what competitors are doing and how the industry is changing. You’ll use this info to make sure our messaging is better and more convincing than the alternative.
- Work with research data to understand what our customers actually want. You should be able to look at a report and turn those findings into a practical plan of action.
- Work closely with other departments (like sales and operations) to make sure everyone is aligned. You’ll also be the point person for fixing any customer issues or feedback regarding your products.
- Ensure every campaign and activity follows local laws, industry regulations, and internal safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- At least 1 year of experience managing a brand independently. We are looking for someone who has owned the process from the initial strategy through to final execution.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English. You should be comfortable presenting and writing reports in both languages.
- Experience working within a multinational environment
