Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development Owner

• Conduct industry customer insights and market analysis within the region.
• Identify customer pain points and align company value propositions to address them.
• Formulate market targets and strategies in line with regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Customer Development Leader

• Build and maintain communication channels with potential customers.
• Understand customer business development status and provide tailored solutions.
• Strengthen long‑term partnerships with global accounts.

Project Management Owner

• Lead customer project delivery in the region, ensuring on‑time execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions when needed.

Team Management Owner

• Recruit and select regional business and project personnel.
• Develop and coach team members to build strong sales and project management capabilities.
• Coordinate resources to ensure talent development and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, project management, or client engagement with multinational accounts.
• Proven experience working with global clients such as Apple, Google, or other large accounts.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory).
• Strong value‑added sales mindset – ability to sell solutions beyond relationships.
• Long‑term business orientation with ability to research market trends and client behaviors.
• Solid understanding of global market dynamics and investment trends in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
