Job Description:

Analyze market potential, healthcare demographics, and competitor landscapes to build a high-volume, sustainable short- and long-term commercial pipeline.

Map key competitor accounts and design targeted value-proposition and displacement strategies to secure new business and increase market share.

Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to launch next-generation surgical technologies, ensuring sharp positioning and rapid market penetration.

Identify, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with leading surgical Chiefs, Key Opinion Leaders, and clinical advocates to champion our technologies.

Attend live surgical cases to provide clinical insights, technical consultation, and expert product instruction to surgeons and theatre staff during evaluations.

Partner with Clinical Training and Medical Education teams to organize high-impact workshops, dry/wet labs, roadshows, and international congresses.

Lead high-value commercial tenders, pricing strategies, and long-term Service Agreements (SA) with hospital administration, purchasing groups, and C-Suite executives.

Serve as the central liaison between clinical clients and internal functions, working closely with Product Specialists, Regulatory Affairs, Tender Teams, and Compliance.

Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and visual pipeline milestones using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to drive data-supported business planning.
Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a strong advantage.

Minimum 5–7 years of successful commercial experience within the medical device industry, with at least 2 – 3 years specifically dedicated to Surgical Specialties.

Proven success in managing complex dual-model portfolios (selling high-end capital equipment alongside high-volume clinical consumables)
