The Company: Our client is a global leader in the Food and FMCG Industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow B2B sales in Vietnam for industrial ingredients, covering a portfolio of high-demand categories for both large enterprises and SME clients.
- Lead strategic customer engagement and deliver business goals in volume, value, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to manage customized product development based on client needs.
- Build and implement sales and pricing strategies aligned with market trends and competitive insights.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Generate performance reports and market forecasts for internal use.
- Manage and support cross-functional collaboration across multicultural environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, or related fields.
- 10–12 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in raw materials or manufacturing input sectors.
- Proven experience in key account management and project-based customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.
