About the job

The Company: My client is a big player in the industrial automation sector, specializing in providing high-quality pneumatic and automation components and systems. They are expanding their operations in the Vietnam market and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities: As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities, focusing on pneumatic and automation solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, maintain and grow existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the Vietnam market.

• Business Development:
o Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts to achieve company sales targets.
o Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
• Sales Activities:
o Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned area, including implementing effective sales strategies to meet set targets.
o Present and demonstrate products to customers, providing technical support and expertise.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Manage customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
• Technical Consultation:
o Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
o Provide technical support and product training to customers.
• Reporting and Coordination:
o Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pneumatic, automation, or industrial components industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic and automation products and systems.
• Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
