Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the assigned Business Unit in key accounts.
- Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to achieve account objectives and manage customer contracts/projects.
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability goals; ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships; lead regular business reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess market needs, and contribute to new product/service development.
- Analyze gaps in current offerings and support product rationalization and portfolio strategy.
- Keep account and market intelligence up to date; communicate risks, trends, and opportunities to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to generate leads and insights.
- Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Senior Management) for seamless execution.
- Manage territory budgets and ensure compliance with company policy.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience in leading and developing a sales/distributor team
- Effective management and/knowledge of selling process
- Implemented market development strategies, especially in emerging markets
- Implemented and executed tactical marketing plans (e.g. new product launches, programs, messaging)
- Strong KOL management
- Strong presentation skills and clinical knowledge to do hands on training and education – prefer nurse education.
