The Company: Our client is one of the global leaders in consumer products.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact in Vietnam for matters concerning assigned products and the performance of them.
• Primarily focus on developing Standard Performance Tests for assigned products (Collaborate with Experts/Researchers at the Product Center).
• Stay updated on the latest technology, market trends, and new ideas related to assigned products, collaborating closely with the Formulation team to develop products ahead of the market and highly competitive with competitors.
• Create and support product claims/communications.
• Collaborate with Experts/Researchers/Academic Institutes to innovate and patent new hair care solutions.
• Develop Standard Performance Tests applicable across the entire group.
• Understand consumer needs and translate them into technical properties and performance characteristics.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise within the Product Center team.
• Anticipate, assess, and minimize PR issues and competitive challenges through competitor monitoring.
• Responsible for laboratory safety management.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in skincare formulation/product development in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and testing methods.
• Enthusiastic about learning and developing new testing methods and product evaluation applications.
• Experience in designing and conducting clinical tests and panel tests.
• Experience in microbiology is advantageous.
• Able to effectively collaborate with regional partners and other OPCOs.
• Capable of managing people and driving teams to achieve targets on time.
• Capable of generating new initiatives and innovations.
