Assistant Production Manager (Hai Duong)

The Company:

Our Client is an iconic design, planning and construction of attraction projects brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day production activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors; review shop drawings, prototypes, and material samples for approval.
• Monitor production at local fabrication workshops to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct on-site and factory inspections, ensuring all works comply with design, technical, and safety standards.
• Liaise with internal teams (Design, Project Management, Procurement) and external partners (suppliers, fabricators) to maintain smooth workflow.
• Track production and installation progress using project management tools; prepare accurate reports and documentation.
• Assist in managing on-site installation works, supervise fit-out teams, and provide solutions to real-time issues.
• Maintain up-to-date production documentation, including QA/QC records, delivery notes, and handover files.
• Participate in site and factory meetings; document meeting notes and follow up on agreed action items.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in scenic fabrication, themed attractions, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
