Our client is a well-known multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking Area Manager to lead HCMC team in the hospital channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own overall sales performance, growth targets, and execution KPIs for HCMC area in hospital channel.
- Develop and implement territory business plans using sales data, hospital segmentation, and market opportunities.
- Monitor results by product, hospital, and representative; identify gaps and drive prompt corrective actions.
- Partner with KAMs on hospital listings, tenders, access, and key account development.
- Coordinate with distributors on ordering plans and inventory to ensure continuous product supply.
- Co-develop and track quarterly/annual business plan to achieve shared commercial goals.
- Help train distributor sales teams on product knowledge and field execution.
- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, coaching, and performance reviews for ETC Medical Representatives.
- Help the team build relationships with key specialists, department heads, and high-potential hospitals/clinics.
- Partner with marketing to execute hospital meetings, product programs, and medical events.
- Foster a disciplined, results-driven team culture while ensuring 100% compliance with industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Bachelor in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cardiovascular drug; MNC background preferred.
- Experienced as an AM/DM role.
- Strong coaching, field visit, joint call, and sales data analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of the HCM pharmaceutical market, particularly the hospital channel.
- Experience working with distributors in the pharmaceutical sector.
