Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design activities throughout project development.

• Coordinate external consultants and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor design quality, schedules, and project deliverables.

• Drive value engineering initiatives and design optimization.

• Ensure compliance with design standards and project objectives.

• Support project feasibility studies and architectural decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.

• Experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong background in residential, mixed-use, commercial, or high-rise developments.

• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

• Good English communication.
