Job Summary
The APAC Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies for metallurgical monitoring solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth through technically driven sales in the metallurgical industry.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies for metallurgical monitoring products, including sensors, probes, and measurement/control solutions.

Manage and grow key accounts across the APAC region, particularly within steel and metallurgical producers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand distributor and partner networks.

Lead complex technical sales cycles by understanding customer processes and proposing appropriate technical solutions.

Work closely with technical, application, and service teams to deliver value-added offerings.

Negotiate commercial terms and close regional contracts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare sales forecasts, regional performance reports, and business updates for management.

Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions across APAC.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.

Proven experience in regional sales management within the metallurgical or steel industry.

Strong track record in selling technical or engineered products/solutions.

Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Solid technical understanding of metallurgical processes and monitoring technologies.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region.

Self-motivated, strategic, and capable of working independently in a regional role.
