Role & Responsibilities:
An integral member of their global leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish company's overall operation as well as involve in financial reporting process in a position of Admin and Finance Manager.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the administrative and financial operations of the company
Managing the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This includes ensuring that the company is operating within its financial means, identifying areas for cost-saving measures, and making strategic financial decisions to help the company achieve its goals.
Responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
Overseeing the administrative operations of the company, including managing office facilities, human resources, and general administrative tasks. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that the company is operating in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, as well as several years of experience in financial management, administration, or a related field
Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Great English communication is a must
Self-discipline with entreprenuer mindset and willing to travel
