The Company: Our client is an iconic creative production and procurement organization with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across regions.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients, understanding their unique business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and proactively identifying ways to add value to their projects.
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand client accounts, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential clients and industries.
• Project Oversight: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, technology, and procurement, to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to align their creative production needs with the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize their creative strategies and enhance brand presence.
• Budget Management: Take ownership of project budgets and financials, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and profitability. Provide clients with transparent financial reporting and manage any budget-related concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment by coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating communication among various departments. Inspire and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in creative production, technology, and procurement within the tech-enabled space. Leverage industry insights to drive innovation and anticipate client needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of at least 10-12 years in client-facing roles, with a focus on account management, business development, or related functions within the tech-enabled creative production and procurement industry.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes, digital marketing, and technology trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple clients, and competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
