​Sean is the Co-founder and Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region for Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP). With over 20 years of experience within the executive search space. Before starting up CGP, Sean worked for Hays China, (one of the largest UK Listed Recruitment Firm with more than 48 locations globally) as their General Manager based in Shanghai and has also spent a considerable amount of time for recruitment activities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shen Zhen before his role in Shanghai. Sean is also now an active member of the SME Challenge organization where he advises SMEs in SE Asia on transformation projects.
