About the job

The Company: Our client is a leading provider of advanced robotics and vision technologies, with a strong history and ambitious plans to expand across Asia Pacific. To power their growth in Vietnam, they are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (Chinese Speaking) in Hanoi to build strong partnerships with Chinese clients and shape the future of automation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, preferences, and challenges.
    • Foster trust and loyalty by ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
  • Business Growth
    • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the company’s footprint within the client segment.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify potential needs for robotics and automation solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements tailored to the needs of Chinese clients.
  • Sales Execution
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective account management strategies.
    • Present product solutions that align with client needs and company objectives.
    • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery processes.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client demands specific to clients.
    • Contribute insights to enhance the company’s strategic planning and market positioning.
  • Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with internal departments such as technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
    • Provide regular updates to management on client performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably with exposure to robotics, automation, or high-tech products.
  • Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory.
  • Experience working with Chinese clients or in Chinese markets is preferred.
