About the job

The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team, develop business plans and objectives, and supervise the team to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead and train the sales team, build management systems, improve processes, and enhance business performance.
  • Expand and develop new clients, seek cooperation opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and coordinate with subordinates to resolve client issues.
  • Understand market trends and the competitive landscape, quickly identify problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with the operations department to develop new business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of shipping and logistics operations and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
