Role & Responsibilities:

The Production Manager will be responsible to drive the operation and provide strong leadership for the local Vietnam team and report directly to Factory Director.

You will be responsible for:

• Organise and plan production; plan the daily operation scheduling of factory production to ensure optimal utilisation of equipment, personnel, and inventory requirements
• Get the plant capacity and people ready for future grow
• Manage employee relations
• Focus about quality, safety
• Improve the productivity, production yield
• To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 – 10 years experience in manufacturing industry. Prefer from Electronics, electrical, automotive, medical devices,…
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong management and leadership skill, leading by example
• Professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written by Vietnamese and English.
