The Company: Our client is a leading global apparel sourcing and manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality garments to clients worldwide. They specialize in woven apparel and have a strong presence in Vietnam and Cambodia. Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability drives everything they do.

The Role: They are looking to bring on board a dynamic Senior Finance Manager who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to their local operation.

This role is based in the HCMC office but requires regular travel to Hong Kong. The successful individual must have excellent technical accounting skills but with an analytical or management accounting focus. A professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA etc) is desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, Preparation & Management of yearly, monthly management, and financial reports, with detailed commentary on commercial implications
• Adherence to local and international statutory requirements and communicating it to the head office as well
• Confirming financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data
• Supervise in daily accounting work
• Coordinate with HK head office to monitor the finance and accounting tasks of the Vietnam office
• Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls
• Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filing
• Responsible for any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including excellent command in both written and verbal English
• Degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA
• 5 -7 years of experience in finance & accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role or above
• Good knowledge of IFRS, IFAS, tax laws, and company law matters
• Experience in the sourcing industry will be an asset
• Knowledge in Finance Systems / ERP implementation. Experience in Dynamic AX Accounting System is an advantage
• Excellent critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
