Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Import & Export operations for Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Non-Commercial Freight.
• Ensure efficient handling of local customs procedures, including daily customs declarations, liquidation, and other related tasks.
• Prepare and submit annual customs finalization reports.
• Ensure accurate, timely internal and external reporting and regular reconciliation of data between customs authorities and the company.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of customs regulations for EPE.
• Handle self-registration customs declarations for import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with the Planning Department, Customers, Vendors, and Suppliers to prepare shipping documents and monitor deliveries to prevent issues or additional costs.
• Ensure full compliance with Local, Regional, and Global Regulations, Standards, and Rules set by internal and external authorities.
• Manage the customs team.
• Report to the local General Manager and Global Logistics Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience using the SAP system.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English.
