Finance Manager

The Company: Our Client is a leading industrial sealing company calling for applicants for a Finance Manager for their operation in HCMC.

Responsibilities:

• Finance and Accounting
  • Execution of key financial procedures (e.g book-keeping, inventory control, fixed assets management)
  • Preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and financial year end) in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS and corporate policy.
  • Financial, cash and FX management including related corporate reporting (e.g liquidity forecast, FX exposure).
  • Tax and audit activities including coordination with corporate functions.
  • Declare VAT, PIT, WHT and CIT
• Controlling
  • Accomplishment of corporate reporting requirements (e.g monthly, weekly, capital expenditure, forecast).
  • Monitoring of company performance (key financial and performance indicators) and derivation of improvement measures.
  • Preparation of budget and strategic planning together with general manager
  • Support general manager in all business analysis necessary to the effective management of the company.
• Corporate and governance
  • Ensure compliance with cooperate and local policies and procedures (CPP & LPP).
  • Enroll corporate export control and IT-Security standards.
  • Establish risk management and internal control system according to corporate and local requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or Qualified Accounting Certification
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Finance Manager/Financial Controller position
• Experience in an industrual industry (manufacturing or trading)
• Experience in Excel and SAP is advantageous
• IFRS and group reporting experience
