FP&A Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing to find any factors for business’s performance improvement.
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other reports, including preparing monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and last month, budget, forecast.
• Preparing, maintaining daily, monthly reports. Make sure all reports are delivered on time.
• Preparing budget and forecasts, rolling forecast. Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of forecast.
• Preparing feasible study (financial modelling) for new projects.
• Assist in supervising finance business partner team, make sure FBPs working closely and supporting BUs in daily operation.
• Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owner.
• Developing financial models, including pricing modelling, forecasting modelling.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure revenue and expenses are properly recorded.
• Continuously improve and develop new reporting systems and processes, assist in building database.
• Other tasks assigned by FP&A Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced excel skills, other skills like Power Query, Power BI are preferred.
• Having experience in F&B/nightlife.
