Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive operational efficiency and market expansion.

  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with shareholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 12 years of senior leadership experience in the FMCG industry.

  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.

  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and sales processes.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English languages.
