Responsibilities:

Customer Services, Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Garment Textile Label industry.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and exceeding expectations.

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular market feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements.

Fluent Japanese Speaking:
- Essential requirement for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Open to Japanese or Korean expatriates willing to relocate to Hanoi.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the Garment Textile Label industry or consumable part sales
- Native Japanese or Japanese speaking Korean

Language Skills:
- Fluent in Japanese is a must. Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Additional proficiency in Korean is a plus.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Customer Service Management:
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to key accounts.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive resolution.
