The Company: Our client is one of the leading multinational corporations in the food processing industry in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
Define direct sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Department.
Develop innovative sales strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction and drive revenue growth, especially in the assigned business.
Conduct research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
Manage multinational key accounts and represent the business at industry events.
Expand customer network in Vietnam.
Oversee sales pipeline, budget, and forecasting.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities based on consumer, competitor, and market trends.
Train and coach sales team members, setting targets and evaluating performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business in related industry.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales management.
Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies and budget control.
Technical background in industrial machinery or related field is a plus.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), multilingualism is desirable.
