Role & Responsibilities:
Execute detailed Technical Support Team Objectives, plans, under the guidance of General Director and Regional Technical Support Manager
Manage a Technical Support Team of located in the region to guide their professional development as well as meet organizational Tech Support Team objectives
Provide Technical training and work together on problem solving to Customers
Assist the Sales & Marketing team in company to achieve the objective of business growth in the region
Providing Technical Workshop to buying offices and customers in the region
Providing Technical training to Sales, Marketing and Customer Service team
Work closely with Operations team to ensure consistent quality for existing and new products’ development
Minimum 5 years of technical, engineer role in Apparel/Garment/Textile/Footwear
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze facts and make recommendation to the customers and to have a logical thinking trait
Effective presentation skill & fluent in English
Has to be a self-starter, agile mindset and good communicator, understanding the needs of the customers’ requirements.
Frequent Travel as needed to provide Technical Support for new market development.
