With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we serve clients in the Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, and Heavy Industry sectors. As we expand our presence in Ho Chi Minh City, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, and Heavy Industry sectors. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored industrial equipment solutions.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, and Heavy Industry sectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Understand customer needs and provide effective industrial equipment solutions.
Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, including compressors and industrial/chemical pumps.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to potential clients.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our industrial equipment solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure successful contract execution.
Provide regular and accurate sales reports to management.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial equipment sales, with a focus on compressors and industrial/chemical pumps.
Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, and Heavy Industry sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
