Job Title: Sales/Senior Representative - Industrial Equipment ( Air Compressor, Industrial pump)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, and Heavy Industry sectors. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored industrial equipment solutions.


  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, and Heavy Industry sectors.

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

    • Understand customer needs and provide effective industrial equipment solutions.

  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, including compressors and industrial/chemical pumps.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  4. Sales Presentations:

    • Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to potential clients.

    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our industrial equipment solutions.

  5. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.

    • Work closely with the internal team to ensure successful contract execution.

  6. Sales Reporting:

    • Provide regular and accurate sales reports to management.

    • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in industrial equipment sales, with a focus on compressors and industrial/chemical pumps.

  • Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas, Thermal Power Plants, and Heavy Industry sectors.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
