Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts for Consumer Electronic/Home Appliances in Hanoi, Vietnam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting distributors within the home appliances industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in home appliances, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in an independent, home-based work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively promote and sell Consumer Electronic/Home Appliances to distributors in Hanoi.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with distributors in the home appliances sector, leveraging existing connections and building new partnerships.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape, adapting the sales approach accordingly.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our Consumer Electronic/Home Appliances..

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company revenue targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine the sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience within the home appliances industry, preferably with Consumer Electronic and related products/services.

  • Strong network of contacts within the home appliances sector, particularly among distributors and relevant stakeholders in Hanoi.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and manage client relationships.

  • Self-driven and disciplined to work independently in a home-based setting, demonstrating a high level of motivation and accountability.

  • Experience with consultative selling, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
