Job description

The Company: Our client is one of the leading multinational corporations in the food processing industry in Vietnam.

 Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define direct sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Department.

  • Develop innovative sales strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction and drive revenue growth, especially in the assigned business.

  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

  • Manage multinational key accounts and represent the business at industry events.

  • Expand customer network in Vietnam.

  • Oversee sales pipeline, budget, and forecasting.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities based on consumer, competitor, and market trends.

  • Train and coach sales team members, setting targets and evaluating performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business in related industry.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales management.

  • Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies and budget control.

  • Technical background in industrial machinery or related field is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), multilingualism is desirable.
