The Company:
Our client is an iconic Equipment brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the field of material assessment.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, industries, and market segments. Generate leads and proactively engage with prospects to understand their needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our equipment and its applications in material assessment. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and advantages to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our equipment to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address specific client requirements.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals. Work closely with clients to ensure seamless implementation and satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in material assessment. Provide feedback to the product development team.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales reports. Provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering).
Proven track record of successful sales experience within equipment, preferably in material assessment.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as needed.
