About the job

The Company: Our client is an iconic Medical Equipment brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy focused on indirect channels (distribution partners, resellers, etc.)

    • Set and monitor performance targets to achieve revenue, margin, and market share growth

    • Provide leadership to a small direct sales team while managing key partner relationships

  • Channel Development
    • Identify, onboard, and enable strategic channel partners nationwide

    • Structure incentives, training, and support frameworks to drive partner success

    • Create long-term business plans with key partners and ensure alignment with company strategy

  • Key Account & Network Engagement
    • Leverage personal network to open doors with key hospitals, clinics, private chains, and public tenders

    • Support distributors in technical positioning and relationship building with healthcare decision-makers

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and competitive advantage

    • Coordinate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to streamline sales operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • At least 10 years of sales leadership experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment

  • Proven success in channel sales management and scaling partner networks

  • Deep and active industry network across hospitals, distributors, and regulatory bodies in Vietnam

  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Proficient in Vietnamese and English

  • Willingness to travel frequently
