Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify market opportunities, target segments, and potential growth areas within the real estate market.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of experienced real estate sales professionals.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive productivity and motivation.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to enhance the company's reputation.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and data to assess team and individual performance.
Develop and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the executive team.
Implement sales technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Develop pricing and negotiation strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Legal Matters:
Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with industry laws and regulations and communicate them to the sales team.
Market Research and Innovation:
Continuously assess market dynamics, consumer preferences, and emerging trends to adapt the sales approach accordingly.
Identify new sales opportunities and innovative approaches to penetrate the real estate market.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of exceeding targets and leading successful sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and local regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
