The Company:

Our client is an iconic project developer, with long standing history and significant ambition in creating and building 'homes' for Vietnamese.

 Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

    • Identify market opportunities, target segments, and potential growth areas within the real estate market.

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

  2. Team Leadership and Management:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of experienced real estate sales professionals.

    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive productivity and motivation.

  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.

    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to enhance the company's reputation.

  4. Sales Performance and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and data to assess team and individual performance.

    • Develop and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the executive team.

    • Implement sales technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  5. Revenue Growth:

    • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

    • Develop pricing and negotiation strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  6. Compliance and Legal Matters:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry laws and regulations and communicate them to the sales team.

  7. Market Research and Innovation:

    • Continuously assess market dynamics, consumer preferences, and emerging trends to adapt the sales approach accordingly.

    • Identify new sales opportunities and innovative approaches to penetrate the real estate market.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of exceeding targets and leading successful sales teams.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and local regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • A customer-centric approach and dedication to providing exceptional service.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business development.
