Role & Responsibilities:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and supporting the growth of our company within your assigned region.
You will be responsible for:
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Customize and execute marketing initiatives tailored to specific regional requirements.
Brand promotion and awareness: Enhance brand visibility and recognition within the region through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and partnerships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to expand the company's reach.
Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify regional trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Analyze data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Regional campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand engagement within the region. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, report on key findings, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Team collaboration and leadership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content teams, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives. Provide guidance and leadership to regional marketing teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Budget management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for regional initiatives. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Reporting and analytics: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Regional Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the EduTech industry or related sectors.
Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market research.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
