The Company:
Our client is in edutech industry, with significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development, content creation, and design teams to establish and enforce quality assurance standards for our digital educational products.
Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues in software applications, websites, and content.
Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, and usability testing, to validate the functionality and user experience of our digital products.
Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues using established bug tracking systems, and work with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with educational objectives in digital course content.
Perform continuous monitoring and analysis of user feedback and product usage data to proactively identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
Participate in design and feature discussions to provide QA insights and ensure that quality considerations are integrated from the early stages of product development.
Assist in maintaining QA/QC documentation, including test plans, test cases, and quality assurance guidelines.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, preferably in the Edutech industry.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, digital education content, and user experience principles.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using QA tools and bug tracking systems.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
