Role & Responsibilities:

 The Operation Manager will be responsible to drive the operation and provide strong leadership for the local Vietnam team and report directly to Factory Director.

You will be responsible for:

• Organise and plan production; plan the daily operation scheduling of factory production to ensure optimal utilisation of equipment, personnel, and inventory requirements

• Get the plant capacity and people ready for future grow

• Manage employee relations

• Focus about quality, safety

• Ensure economic profit

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong management and leadership skill, leading by example

• Professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written by Vietnamese and English.
