Work independently to fulfill the sales tasks that assigned by Country Manager
Assist Country Manager in developing local retail distributor network.
Respond and follow up on sales/ product inquiries to ensure the satisfaction and increase sales-out & stock order.
Prepare the push-sales campaign, discount program or quotations, collaborating with product marketing team to support the retail business. Monitor retail business progress and coordination with logistic department on supply to ensure timely delivery for retail order.
Administrate and ensure all billings (internal / external) to be accurate and prompt payments are received / made.
Conduct / organize quarterly product sales training to the relevant personnel of the distributors’ retail sales team/ showroom sales team.
Establish and maintain relationship with existing customers and assist to explores the new product information and marketing support.
Provide updated market & product information to sales team and customers.
Handle and follow up any inquiries, after-sales service, quality complaints and comments to customers in order to ensure product quality meets customers’ expectation.
Assist Country Manager to perform any other related duties as required.
E-commerce knowledge is a plus.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, business/commercial background
At least 5 years of retails channel set up experience in building materials industry
Fluent English in written and oral communication is a must, Chinese capability is big bonus.
Open minded with challenges and a strong team spirit
Can work under pressure and self-motivated to drive/deliver results.
