The Company:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:

    • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

    • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

    • Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and identify areas for growth.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, regularly updating the executive team on performance against targets.

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 12 years in a senior sales leadership role within the building materials industry.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry dynamics.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
