Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the offshore and onshore energy sector, including potential partnerships, collaborations, investments, and acquisitions.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, clients, and potential investors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic business plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of innovative business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate business strategies, progress, and potential opportunities.
Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact the company's business prospects.
Forecast, track, and report on business development metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
years of proven experience in business development within the offshore and onshore energy sector.
In-depth knowledge of the energy industry, including relevant technologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as required.
