Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of strategy, policy, and operational plans for the Food Business, including unprocessed and processed food.
Drive operational excellence, optimize revenue and profit, deliver financial sustainability, and deliver excellent customer service and presentation
Lead and motivate a high-performing, customer-focused team with the food safety culture and high-quality commitment.
Develop a highly profitable hospitality business that supports maximizing commercial opportunities.
Manage and control the operation of food production, sales activities, and other supporting functions under Food Business.
Possess a professional background in the F&B manufacturing sector.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as business head or director of food sales.
Demonstrate understanding of the FFF integration model and strategy.
